I will be holding a second session of my 6th Annual Junior Master Chefs Cooking Camp this summer where the kids will be taught the basics of cooking from scratch and and advance to recipes and techniques and skills that I teach in my regular classes so that we can equip our kids to eat healthy and nutritious food! 
 

This is a 3-Day program, where we'll cover all types of pastries, cooking methods and be using all types of proteins (raw chicken, meat, seafood) and seasonal produce. I'll also be teaching food styling and the art of presentation. I like to encourage the junior chefs to explore their creativity and not be scared in the kitchen.

Please note that this is a hands-on class that usually takes place at my home in Tarzana however due to Covid 19 restrictions and limitations.. Junior Chefs will take place via Zoom. I will be putting together class kits that include the food (dry ingredients, produce and proteins) and most* of the basic equipment that we'll be using in the class. In essence, this will be their pantry for the week.
Note that the kits can be delivered to your home or they can be picked up.

The Junior Chefs will be prepping and cooking everything themselves with my instruction. Each day we will make 4 recipes and the chefs and families can still get to enjoy their masterpieces.Each week will be a different theme....and different recipes for each class for each week.

The cost per student for the week is $295 includes all the food, customized and monogrammed apron and recipe packet and class kit. The classes will start at 10:30am and end around 12:30pm/1pm.
